Terms & Conditions of the stay at Hill Top Country Guest House and the Villas

  • Full payment is to be made at the time of booking. This payment constitutes the clients acceptance of the terms and conditions.

  • Cancellations within 4 weeks prior to arrival will be refunded only if the room is relet at the same price and for the same length of occupancy.

  • All cancellations attract a $50-00 administration fee.

To ensure our continuing standards, the following conditions apply.

  • Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. If smoking outside please ensure that glass doors are closed so as smoke cannot enter the rooms

  • Not to damage or remove property.

  • Not to increase the number of guests in their party, without prior consent of management.

  • Not to hold a party or function without prior consent of management.

  • Not to remove any items from the house and property if you are attending a concert. Please bring your own picnic items ,chairs and rugs.

  • Not to leave the house in an unreasonable condition

  • Candles can only be used if they are contained in a suitable vessel. Any spilt wax will incur cleaning costs or repair to damage.

  • If organising your own massage, hairdresser etc. the Company will be required to provide management with a copy of their Certificate of Currency for Public Liability.

  • No pets are allowed.

  • You will be required to provide us with your credit card details on arrival. This will authorise management to debit your credit card to recover the cost of any of the above. Your credit card will not be debited without prior notification

WE regret that by law, the need to have to formalise these conditions, and know that for most of our guests they are not necessary.

  • The owner of the property known as Hill Top takes no responsibility for guests personal property.

  • All tariffs are inclusive of GST

  • Check in time is 3.00pm : Check out time is 10.00am unless previously approved by management.
